Please can I have some killer mac and cheese recipes? With stuff that isn't so rare I'm going to have to drive to multiple stores to get?
Please people, my hibernating winter layer of fat
needs
it.

For the cheese sause use onions, garlic, shredded chedder, milk and flour.
Then I layer the noodles, sauce and different cheeses. Then I cook it till done.
I made it on New Years and I used chedder, mozz, goat and smoked edam. It was sooooo good.

I just made a mac and cheese bake last night and it was unusually good. Honestly I'm not sure if it was brilliant or not yet, my mind is still processing it, which maybe isn't good at all. Any way I used about half a brick of aged cheddar, half a wheel of smoked Gruyere, heavy cream and butter. I mixed all that with half cooked macaroni pasta and topped it with fresh made butter breadcrumbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
